The Evermark SMP store is currently a work in progress. This policy is a placeholder for planned rank sales.
Digital Items
When the store launches, ranks and perks will be digital items connected to the server. Refund eligibility may depend on whether the item has already been delivered or used.
Problems With Purchases
If a purchase does not work as expected once the store is live, contact staff with your Minecraft username, purchase details, and a short explanation of the issue.
Chargebacks
Contact staff first before opening a payment dispute. Chargebacks may result in purchase review or account restrictions depending on the situation.
